I stopped playing rugby 6 years ago, and with a young family and work commitments I found trips to the gym becoming less and less of a priority. What time I did spend in the gym, the session were unfocused affairs which did not yield any result. I’ve always been a `big guy’ but with my passion for food and lack of exercise it was starting to get out of control.
A friend recommended I went to see the guys at Banhus, to help me out. As I don’t live locally I wasn’t sure how they could help me. Over the past 3 months I been following gym sessions Mark has planned for me that I do in my local gym, and the Eat nutrition plan.
I’m over the moon with the results, I spend the same amount of time a week in the gym previously but with structured and varied workouts I’ve found myself highly motivated and can’t wait for the next session. I’ve visible lost weight and feel fitter and healthier than ever.
I’ve still not reached my ideal goals but have no doubt the with Banhus help I will reach them.
