As a runner of marathons, a mountaineer and a tennis player I never saw the need for gym based fitness, however, some very depressing weather prompted me to try the Broga at Banhus and 10 sessions later I have found the fast paced mixture of stretching, breathing exercises and aerobic activity has actually complemented my other activities.  My legs feel stronger and lighter when running. I feel faster off the mark in tennis, and my agility, flexibility and range, especially when serving, has increased.
